A new felony charge has been filed in a case involving injuries to a 1-month-old infant. The father, Remy Alexander Trammell, 21, of Helena, was charged with enabling child neglect, a felony, on Nov. 15, 2016. At that time, the mother of the child was only 17.

In January 2017, the mother, Devyn Eilander of Helena, turned 18 years old. She is now charged with child abuse by injury, a felony.
