Practicing meditation is a tough sell. People have so much social interaction available, when do you have time for yourself?
Whether you meditate or not, focus is a way to get and keep your head in the game and maybe knot free!
I have not been successful at multi-tasking so I prioritize and put things on the back burner, but like unattended cooking, it can boil over.
