The Alva Arena Authority met at noon on July 11 at the Graceful Arts annex. Of the hour-and-ten-minute meeting, only about three minutes was in open session, with the remainder in executive session.

The open session treasurer's report by Todd Holder revealed that the authority has $124,273,61 in the bank.
