3:24 a.m. Male was having seizures and trouble breathing; wants an ambulance. Advised he woke up on the floor and didn't feel right. Paged medic. Medic with patient en route to Share Medical Center.

6:53 a.m. Deputy advised of a black cow out on Highway 45 and County Road 640.

10:10 a.m. Controlled burn west of Carmen.

11:13 a.m. Reporting party (RP) advised a friend of his cannot contact his wife. Advised she was a diabetic and lived in Aline and would like a welfare check done. Advised deputy. Deputy advised she was okay.

11:47 a.m. RP advised a female had fallen and could not get up. RP advised she had no injuries. Paged medic. Medic en route. Medic said it appeared no one lived at the address given. Dispatch called the phone number that was given by the medical alert company. A male answered and advised his son was on the way over to the residence. Advised medic. Medic back to station.

3:53 p.m. RP advised a life assist was needed in the 200 block of Massachusetts. Advised medic. RP called back and canceled call. Medic was there and went ahead and took the patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.

6:27 p.m. Civil papers served.

6:32 p.m. Civil papers served.

6:43 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop.

10:11 p.m. RP called and advised she hit something that was in the road. Her car was smoking but she was not hurt. She also had a 4-year-old daughter and doesn't think she was hurt either. No airbags deployed. RP was on the south side of the road on U.S. Highway 64 between county roads 580 and 590. Paged and sent ambulance, Cherokee Fire Department and deputies. Advised OHP and ODOT.

11:12 a.m. RP advised his pickup truck has broken down 3 miles east of the junction of highways 11 and 64. RP wanted to say that it might be a while until he can get a tow truck to come and get it.

11:32 a.m. RP advised of a grass fire 6 miles west on Fifth Street. Cherokee Fire Department advised and en route. The RP has a junk pile in the center of his property. RP will be having a controlled burn. CFD advised the property has been released back to the RP. All units are headed back to the station.

12:10 p.m. RP advised a dog tried to attack him. The dog was an Australian shepherd/blue heeler. The dog came out from underneath a vehicle on the corner of Corn and Collins in Goltry. Advised deputies. Deputy en route.

12:45 p.m. Controlled burn 6 miles west on Fifth Street.

5:07 p.m. RP called and advised he had an attempted break-in; not sure when. Advised deputy.

8:56 p.m. Deputy served papers in Goltry. Negative contact; person lives in Enid.

8:29 a.m. Controlled burn.

1:39 p.m. RP advised her neighbor's dog keeps getting out and going into her yard and pens, getting into the dog food. She asked the neighbor to do something about it, and she hasn't. Advised officer.

3:12 p.m. Controlled burn at County Road 580 and Kay Road.

3:17 p.m. RP advised of a calf out on County Road 660 and Coal Road.

4:27 p.m. One-vehicle accident with no injuries at Latimer Road and County Road 650. Advised OHP. Roadway wasn't blocked.

4:44 p.m. RP advised her neighbor's dog was tearing up her fence. She had complained to the owner of the dog but the dog keeps getting out of their yard. Advised officer who said he had driven by the residence several times and has not seen the dog. If the dog is seen it will be picked up and the owner will receive a citation.

6:59 p.m. RP advised two cows out with calves on Beckham Road and County Road 650.

8:58 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop.

4:38 a.m. A male walked into the sheriff's office. Advised he had been hit and wanted to make a statement. He had had a seizure at his daughter's and was walking home when another person hit him in the mouth. Advised officer the man requested an ambulance. Medic paged and en route. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

8:24 a.m. RP advised cattle out at County Road 570 and Custer Road. Tried to locate owner.

10:33 a.m. RP advised a blue GMC pickup truck was in his field and would like something done. RP gave the tag number. Owner's mother was contacted and advised to move the truck.

11:29 a.m. Controlled burn on County Road 520 and Cotton Road.

11:45 a.m. RP advised her husband was having chest pains. RP was calling from Woods County. Paged medic and Helena Fire Department. Medic and deputies en route. Medic with patient en route to Bass Hospital in Enid.

2:14 p.m. RP advised of a grass fire 3 miles south of Carmen water tower. Paged Carmen Fire Department.

4:34 p.m. RP reported seeing brown livestock in Ingersoll, south side of the road in the ditch.

5:18 p.m. RP advised of suspicious person.

5:58 p.m. Controlled burn 6 miles west of Cherokee on Fifth Street.

7:38 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on Highway 11.

7:57 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on Highway 38.

8:10 p.m. RP stated a little girl showed up at her house crying and saying her parents were fighting and her dad was hurt. Deputies en route. RP called back and wanted to know when the deputy would arrive and the little girl wanted to go home. Advised deputy.

8:30 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at Jiffy Trip parking lot.

9:22 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at 10th Street and Grand. One had a warrant. Transported passenger to residence in town.

10:07 p.m. Deputy checked door at the fairgrounds and advised there was an alarm going off. Called one of the commissioners and received no answer. Called the manager but the number wasn't any good. Deputy advised the buildings were secured but unable to find anyone who had a key.

11:51 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop one-half mile north of Ellis Road on Highway 8.

12:29 a.m. Deputy had a traffic stop west of Ingersoll.

11;29 a.m. DAL reported residential alarm going off. Contacted keyholder and all was okay.

12:36 p.m. RP advised he had found two bikes on his property. Advised deputy, who advised to take them to the station.

4:31 p.m. RP advised a black bull was out on the north side of the road about one-quarter mile east of Clay Creek Bridge.

6:18 p.m. RP called and advised his wife was drunk and he'd removed himself from the situation. Advised officer. Officer advised the subject was not intoxicated.

7:12 p.m. RP reported a woman driving a gray old-model GMC van was at her mother-in-law's house approximately an hour ago and then showed up at her house accusing her husband of driving over her goats with his semi. The RP informed the person that their semi had not been moved since Tuesday, July 11. Advised deputy. Different RP called in and stated her son witnessed the semi hit the goats. Advised deputy.

8:11 p.m. RP advised the manager at the apartments in Cherokee had handed out a list of people banned from the property and had advised if the residents do not report the banned people that that resident will be evicted. So, the RP was advised there was someone on the banned list on the property. Advised officer. Officer advised he couldn't do anything unless the person was violating the law, which they weren't.

4:54 a.m. RP advised of a black cow was out on the side of the road. Called the possible owner.

7:01 a.m. RP advised of a rabid animal running in circles in their front yard in the 1000 block of Hadwiger.

7:42 a.m. RP advised of a black cow out east of Cozy Curve.

8:11 a.m. RP advised of five red cows out on Jefferson and County Road 510/520.

8:35 a.m. Controlled burn on County Road 580 between Grady and Garvin.

9:45 a.m. Residential fire alarm going off. Paged Cherokee Fire Department (CFD). CFD en route. Officer advised all was okay; it was food on the stove.

12:06 p.m. RP advised of a fire three-quarters of a mile east of Highway 8 on Garvin. Paged CFD. CFD requested Jet and Carmen fire departments. CFD advised they were letting bales of hay burn themselves out.

2:13 p.m. RP advised a calf was out on Illinois Street.

3:43 p.m. RP advised she was at the Carmen pool and a male was taking a photograph or video and she didn't like him taking pictures or video but he was gone now. Advised deputy. Advised they can have a talk with the male. RP called and gave information on the subject. RP called back; advised she and her boss had a talk with the subject. Everything was okay.

5:32 p.m. RP advised she was en route to Share Medical Center hospital with her 2-year-old who had swallowed a bunch of pills. The black Yukon was headed west on U.S. Highway 64. RP wanted to let the sheriff's office know at the time of the call the vehicle was at the Alfalfa/Woods county line. Dispatch contacted Woods County and teletyped to OHP.

9:54 p.m. RP advised of a horse and donkey on U.S. Highway 64 and County Road 640.

10:50 p.m. RP advised he had gotten three calls from people that there were children playing in the middle of the highway. He had taken his kids home. After he had taken them home this weekend, he talked to the wife and she stated they were crawling out the window. The children were 3 and 1 years old. Advised deputy.

11:14 p.m. RP advised people were throwing fireworks and knocking on doors. RP stated that their neighbor yelled at them and they ran into a house. They have been knocking on door and said they would be back but they had to work in the morning. Advised deputy. Deputy made no contact.
