Right after Hardtner's Fourth of July Parade, Steve Sterling and Cindy Summers drew for the winner of the quilt that will financially benefit couple Bert Martin and Scott Thurow who is battling cancer. Summers said the amount raised was about $1,300. The name drawn as the winner is Sherrill Tokic, the daughter of David and Carol Sue Meyer of Kiowa.
