Austin Hawkins approved as Burlington's new head boys' basketball coach

• Board hires for several more new positions

 


At the regular July meeting of the Burlington Board of Education, the board signed Superintendent Glenn Elliott's contract, hired a new basketball coach, a librarian, a custodian/lunchroom cook and reorganized for the new school year.

Board President Terry Graham called the meeting to order with all members present: Allison Armbruster, Aaron Smith, Robert Hill and T.J. Rockenbach. Others present were Superintendent Glen Elliott and Minutes Clerk Tamre McGinnis.
