The Woods County commissioners examined a map put together by the three EMS services in Woods County: Freedom, Waynoka and Alva. The map is destined for the state EMS office to show the primary service area of each ambulance group. The inter-local agreement allows each ambulance group to provide service when needed in the others territory.
