When I graduated from North Mesquite High School with the Class of 1979, we purchased a cadre of disposable cameras to capture the occasion. One of my favorite pictures was taken in the midst of the mob at the old Dallas County Convention Center. I posed with my best friend, Alan (now deceased). The pictures were ready in about a week from the local photo-mat store. The picture is grainy but highly prized.
When our daughter graduated from Goldbug U. with the class of 2002, we purchased a mid-range, not too expensive digital camera to capture the occasion. One of my favorite pictures was taken...
