A bad break-up left an Alva woman with injuries and more than $4,000 in damage to her belongings.

Court records show Alva Police Officer William Shahan was dispatched to 112 Flynn about 8:25 p.m. on Thursday, July 13. Britney Nichole Baker said she and her boyfriend, Michael Goff, had broken up and she just wanted an officer to make sure he wasn’t in the house for the safety of her and her children.
