WAYNOKA — The Waynoka school board met on Aug. 7 to discuss several items on their agenda as the new school year approaches. In attendance were Lori Adair, Scott Cline, Travis George, Rick George, Andy Ferguson, Garret Gum, Clint Olson and Michael Meriwether.

After the meeting was called to order, Waynoka Superintendent Scott Cline opened bids for surplus items. With four items listed in their surplus, only the 29-passenger 2007 Chevy bus received any bids. After reading the two bids, the board members voted to accept the highest bids of $3,500.
