A quorum – Terry Smith and Shad Brackin – was present for the regular town meeting last Wednesday evening at the Freedom Town Office. Rolando Galindo was absent. Other people present included clerk Cindy Reed, maintenance man Stuart Page, and new office workers Dawn Wares and Bonnie Greer.

Quite a bit of time was spent discussing a proposal by Page (he said Galindo asked for this) to put “no parking” signs along the west side of Highway 54 within the city limits.
