Fifteen minutes is all that it took to complete the agenda of the Alva Recreation Authority Wednesday evening. In a brief report, Director Courtney Nesseralla said soccer enrollment is in progress and will wind up Friday. She said enrollment numbers are about average. She also mentioned they may try to get a state baseball or softball tournament for next spring.
