An Alva man accused of breaking windows at a rental house has been charged with a misdemeanor in Woods County.

Dustin Arthur Goodrich, 48, of Alva is charged with malicious injury to property – under $1,000. This misdemeanor is punishable by a fine of up to $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for up to one year, or both.
