Teacher pay, budget hole among topics discussed by leaders

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Gov. Mary Fallin's chief budget negotiator says fiscal staffers in the Oklahoma House, Senate and governor's office are looking at a variety of revenue sources to both make up for $215 million in lost revenue and to pay for an increase in teacher pay, but that no agreement has been reached.

Fallin's Secretary of Finance Preston Doerflinger said Thursday that the governor is preparing for a possible special session by meeting with Republican and Democratic leaders.
