The Henderson State volleyball team will host Philander Smith in a scrimmage on Friday with the first serve set for 6 p.m. at the Duke Wells Center.

Fans can get their first look at the Reddies under first year coach Phil McDaniel.

Henderson State returns eight letter winners from a team that advanced to the Great American Conference Tournament last year.

The Reddies are led by this year's captains Violet Williams, Courtney Bolf and all-conference performer Sydney Skelton.

The scrimmage is open to the public and admission is free....
