3:20 a.m. Reporting party (RP) advised he saw six to eight kids along the highway trying to wave him down. He would like an officer to check it out.

6:19 a.m. RP advised there was a person walking in dark clothing north of the Lambert turn off on the east side. RP almost didn't see person. Deputy advised. Deputy made negative contact.
