Alva FFA annual ice cream social held at the city pool

The Alva FFA held their annual ice cream social on Monday, Aug. 21, at the Alva City Pool. A large group of FFA members, their families, school faculty, including Superintendent Steve Parkhurst, and members of the community were in attendance. Food provided by the event was prepared by Mr. Randy Nation. The ice-cream-making contest judged by school faculty produced the winning flavor of cookies and cream. Lots of fun and fellowship was enjoyed by all.
