Treat yourself and your family to a variety of delicious homemade ice creams at the Woods County Free Fair on Friday, Sept. 8. The homemade ice cream contest will take place in the Women’s Building at 6:30 p.m.

Anyone in Woods County is eligible to provide a freezer of ice cream that will be judged at 6 p.m. Following judging, cups of ice cream will be sold for $1 in any combination. The top three favorite ice cream recipes will receive cash prizes.

All profits will go to the Woods County Home and Community Education (OHCE) organization for community and civic programs for Woods County.
