Judging teams from Alva, Waynoka and Freedom participated in a new invitational livestock judging contest held on Aug. 25 during the Woodward Fair and sponsored by the Woodward County Fairboard. The contestants judged seven classes including beef, swine, goats and sheep and also gave reasons. There was excellent participation in the three age divisions with five junior teams, 11 intermediate teams and 11 senior teams.
