2nd suspect surrenders in Norman woman's fatal shooting

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Police in Norman say a man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a 33-year-old woman has surrendered to authorities.

Officials say 30-year-old Charles Curtis "Kurt" Hornback turned himself in to the Norman Police Department Thursday morning.

Hornback was wanted in connection with the death of Tiffany Godwin, whose body was found inside a home in southeastern Norman on Saturday by police officers who were conducting a welfare check. Hornback was wanted for first-degree murder in the case.

He is the second suspect to turn himself in following Godwin's death. Offici...
