NCAA National Championship participant Henderson State was picked to finish third in the Great American Conference preseason women's golf poll.

The Reddies advanced their first-ever NCAA Division II National Championships last spring and finished ninth nationally.

Henderson received 54 votes including one first-place vote. Defending GAC Champion Arkansas Tech finished totaled 62 votes including with six coaches picking the Golden Suns to repeat as GAC Champions. Southwestern Oklahoma picked up two first-place nods and totaled 55 points and were picked to finish second.
