Again for 2017, cash prizes for baking and canning will be awarded to Woods County bakers and canners thanks to a generous donation from Fred Urban Jr., the son of Katherine Urban, a prized exhibitor to the Woods County Fair for many years. First-, second- and third-place prizes of $100, $75 and $50 respectively will be given in both the adult and youth (18 years and younger) open class divisions for the most baked and canned entries in the Woods County Free Fair.
