Soccer season opening road trip ends with loss at Northeastern State

TAHLEQUAH – Northwestern Oklahoma State women's soccer team wrapped up their season opening road-swing with a 7-0 loss at the hands of the Northeastern State University Riverhawks Saturday evening. The Rangers were peppered with 26 shots (19 shots on goal) on a night where it seemed like nothing was going right.

Sophomore Hollie Pankake recorded one of her two shots on goal just three minutes into the match, forcing the NSU keeper to make a save. But offense was hard to come by for the Rangers as they could only muster five shots on frame all night.
