A man from Goltry was arrested in Waynoka following a reported incident at the rodeo grounds. According to court documents, a parent of a 14-year-old reported July 11 to Waynoka Police Chief Ted Woodhead that his son had been struck in the face by an adult male. Woodhead talked to the juvenile who said the man walked up to him and asked if he was tough. The man slammed a beer can over his own head and then slapped the 14-year-old in the face.
