MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas football team bounced back in a major way from a disappointing week one loss on the road as the Muleriders collectively rose to the occasion in their home-opener and defeated Harding by a score of 35-24 on Saturday night at Wilkins Stadium at Rip Powell Field. It was the first time that SAU has beaten Harding since 2003, and the win against the Bisons at home was the first since 1991.
