Andrew and Donna Rhodes enjoy the recent addition to their home, a covered deck built by their son-in-law Brian Gaddy large enough to support extra patio tables and chairs for entertaining guests, a hot tub and fire pit.
The Alva Garden Council elected to feature gardens from the Tulip and Petunia Garden Clubs this year. As garden club members are ineligible for Yard of the Month, this is a special recognition voted by members of each club.
The Tulip Garden Club selected the country garden of Donna Rhodes, 42794 Jefferson Rd., Alva.
