Council to consider change to Arena Authority agreement

The Alva City Council will be asked to approve a change to the Alva Arena Authority Indenture at the regular September meeting Monday. The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers of the municipal building.
The council is scheduled to discuss and take action on whether or not to approve adding Woods County as a co-beneficiary of the trust agreement for the Alva Arena Authority.
Alva firefighter Shane Engelken will be officially sworn in for his new position.
