Harding Men's Soccer Scores Three Second-Half Goals to Defeat Southwest Baptist

SEARCY, Ark. – Harding needed a home game to get its men's soccer season back on track.

After four straight on the road, Harding returned to the Stevens Soccer Field Saturday and defeated Southwest Baptist 3-0, scoring three second-half goals less than 20 minutes apart.

The victory moved Harding to 1-3-2 on the season with Great American Conference games beginning Thursday against Southern Nazarene. Southwest Baptist, a member of the MIAA, dropped to 0-5-0.

Harding did not score on 17 shots in the first half, but on its fifth shot of the second half, sophomore Christian Ramos took a short pass...
