Reddies Fall Short, Lose To Northwestern Oklahoma 36-30

Henderson State dropped its second straight game as the Reddies lost to Northwestern Oklahoma 36-30, Saturday at Carpenter-Haygood Stadium/Ruggles Field in Arkadelphia, Ark.

Northwestern Oklahoma converted on three 4th-down conversions in the second-half to beat the Reddies including a 35-yard gain by quarterback Isiah Weed on 4th-and-2 late in the game to set up the winning touchdown. Anthony Cota provided the winning score for the Rangers with a 1-yard plunge with 1:32 left in the game.
