Michael Lynn Baggett, Cherokee, 39, has been charged with public intoxication ($299).

Protective Order Filings

Shania Elizabeth Walborn and Caleb Corton Walborn, both of Cherokee vs. Leslie Jovan McDonald, Cherokee: protective order ($173).

Wildlife Filings

Debanny Rodriguez, Enid, has been cited for non-resident fishing without a license ($276.50).

Traffic Filings

Tanner Ray Reynolds, Waukomis, has been cited for failure to carry insurance verification ($256.50).
