The Alfalfa County commissioners' meeting on Sept. 18 included several guests, including Kolby Arnold and Colton Castle, representatives from the E-911 program. All Alfalfa County commissioners were present. Arnold attended the previous meeting to introduce the idea of the E-911 program having its own board, and Castle furthered the discussion at this meeting.
