SHAWNEE – The Northwestern Oklahoma State men's golf team finished in third place Tuesday after a team score of 308 in the final round of the 2017 SGU Fall Cavalier Classic.

Sophomore Cody Hixon finished as the fourth place medalist after a final round score of 78 to lead the Rangers. Christian Brothers University took home the team title with a two-day score of 591 (295-296), 10 shots clear of the Rangers who finished at 601 (293-308). St. Gregory's Nathan Roy took home individual honors with a two-day total of 144 (74-70).
