Mark Stansberry, chairman of the Regional University System of Oklahoma Board of Regents, speaks at a Thursday evening dinner that included members of the NWOSU President's Leadership Class. The regents were in Alva for a regular meeting held on Friday.
The Board of Regents of the Regional University System of Oklahoma (RUSO) met Friday morning on the Northwestern Oklahoma State University campus in Alva.
Items on the agenda affecting NWOSU included program modifications or requirement changes to the Bachelor of Music Education programs, instrumental and vocal.
Northwestern asked for ratification of an emergency approval given to a change in the construction manager for student center renovations from American Construction Services, LLC to Shrader & Martinez Construction, Inc.
Information was to be presented on two roof replacements at NWOSU,...
