Woman arrested after report of weapon fired

A Carmen woman is facing a misdemeanor charge in connection with a report of a weapon being fired. Lacey Copenhaver, 31, has been charged with reckless conduct with a firearm in Alfalfa County. This crime is punishable by a fine of $50 to $500 or imprisonment for 10 days to six months or both fine and imprisonment.
