Democrat files for Bryce Marlatt's District 27 Seat

A Woodward business owner, Amber Jensen, 36, is the only Democrat to file as a candidate for the special election in February to compete against a Republican candidate for the seat left vacant with the resignation of Sen. Bryce Marlatt.

Jensen said, "I decided to run because I can have a voice for this part of the state. I have the youth, the passion and the intestinal fortitude to take on large special interest groups and make a difference."
