Alva Review-Courier -

Rex and I realized many years ago that Alva was a wonderful place to raise a family, to be able to invest in others and a terrific community, to worship and serve and to work where it was fun! We loved our years in Alva and will always be advocates of northwest Oklahoma, NWOSU and the Goldbugs.

This summer we moved to southeast Texas, Lumberton (Beaumont) where both our girls and their families live. We wanted to be able to spend more time with them in our retirement years. That being said we got settled into a new home just before Hurricane Harvey's devastation hit. Luckily our homes are fine...
