Harding Women's Cross-Country Places Five in Top 10 to Win at Southern Arkansas

MAGNOLIA, Ark. – Harding women's cross-country won for the second time in four meets this season Friday, defeating six other teams in claiming the team title at the Lois Davis Invitational, hosted by Southern Arkansas University.

Harding senior Madison Drennan won the 5K race for her first career cross-country victory. She won in 19 minutes 8 seconds, a 25-second victory over Texas A&M-Commerce's Brandi Stalder.

Harding took the team competition with 30 points. Commerce was second with 57, and Southern Arkansas third at 74.
