SHAWNEE, OKLA. – The East Central University women's cross country team came in second at the 2017 Oklahoma Baptist Invite, out of 11 teams.

The Tigers finished with 54 points and were the second team in the standings from Great American Conference schools. The host Bison claimed the top spot with 16 points, while Southeastern was sixth (179),) and Southern Nazarene ninth (247).
