SHAWNEE – Jacob Janzen of Oklahoma Baptist is the Great American Conference Runner of the Week, the conference announced Thursday.

Janzen, a junior from Tulsa, was the first collegiate athlete to finish in the OBU Invitational Saturday. He posted a time of 26:06.75 on the eight-kilometer trek.

For Janzen, this is the second GAC honor of the season and his third career award. OBU has won the award three times this season....
