Ouachita nips Southern Nazarene in fourth

BETHANY, Okla. — Southern Nazarene led for more than three quarters, but couldn't hold off Ouachita Baptist in a 21-14 loss at home.

The Crimson Storm (3-4, 3-4 GAC) are still searching for that first home win of the year, but inched closer once again as it led until the 6:35 mark in the fourth quarter. SNU had just one drive after that and got it down to the Ouachita 29-yard line, but Jacob Spadyfumbled on first down and the Tigers (5-2, 5-2 GAC) never gave the ball back.
