City to vote on accepting OWRB loan

The Alva City Council faces a lengthy agenda for the October meeting to be held Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers of the municipal building.
The council will consider passing an ordinance to create a capital reserve fund to provide funding for long term capital plans. The idea is to start setting aside money now for expected capital expenditures five years in the future.
