On Oct. 7 the Burlington 4-H held their first annual Fall Festival and Chili Cookoff. The 4-H helped serve the community chili and hot dogs. First place was won by Candi Davis, second place by Amanda Kurtz, and third place by Mindi Clark. Proceeds from this event will go to membership dues and further events that the 4-H would like to participate in.
