SNU Falls at Arkansas-Fort Smith

FORT SMITH, Ark. — Southern Nazarene was held to a -.015 hitting percentage as it had 27 errors on the night in a 3-0 loss at Arkansas-Fort Smith.

The Crimson Storm (11-11) got seven kills from Makenna Hunter along with six kills and 12 digs from Meagan Ellis. Bailee Turang and Kayla Thomas each had five kills. Turang also added 13 digs and two blocks. Kylie Smith had 21 assists and 11 digs while Elyse Berlin had 21 digs.

SNU as a team had 72 digs and two blocks. UAFS had 82 digs and seven blocks while hitting .205.

There were six ties and three lead changes in the first set, but after Fort Smith broke an 11-11 tie with an 8-0 run, it didn't trail the rest of the night.
