Alva woman accused of charges to another's credit card

An Alva woman is facing three misdemeanor charges regarding the use of a credit card belonging to someone else. Crystal Joy Martin, 40, of Alva has been charged with receiving, holding or concealing lost or mislaid card as well as two counts of unauthorized use of a credit card. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

According to court records, on Oct. 12 at 2:05 p.m. Alva Police Officer Sean Farris was dispatched to Love’s Store for a reported credit card theft. Upon arrival, Farris spoke with Kaitlin Ducotey who said she had used her card at Jiffy Trip in Alva about an hour earlier and mu...
