One hundred and eighty people rode around the square on hay bale laden wagons Sunday afternoon, stopping periodically for a slice of Alva's history in Talk Of The Town. I hope everyone had a great time. I enjoyed myself, but never got my lines memorized, so I was a bit jerky in my presentation. I am so jealous of the “old” folks that do plays, etc., who can still remember lines. Every wagon of people clapped when I finished and I appreciated that.
