The Alfalfa County Commissioners Board met Monday morning for its weekly meeting. In attendance were Tobey Walker, Stan Tucker, Jay Hague, Lanetah Unruh, Nancy Lambert, representatives from the Alva and Cherokee papers, and several other guests.

Lambert led the invocation and flag salute to start the meeting off, before Walker turned the meeting over to Buddy Carroll, who presented the financial statement for the 2016-2017 fiscal year and the estimate of needs for the 2017-2018 fiscal year.
