Banger Victorious at MSSU Fall Invitational

MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. – Harding senior Mason Banger battled windy conditions and held on to win the MSSU Men's Fall Invitational by shooting 3-over 75 Tuesday.
He entered the third round with a four-stroke lead after shooting 69 and 70 in the first two rounds. It was Banger's third career victory. He also won the 2017 Natural State Classic and tied for first at The Mule to open the fall season.
Central Oklahoma's Wesley Jackson placed second at 216, and his teammate Nick Pierce was third at 218.
As a team, Harding placed third overall at 898. Central Oklahoma won at 874 with Missouri-St. Louis...
