Jazmine Calista Vest was born on June 26, 2000, in Wichita, Kansas. She is the 17-year-old daughter of Mike and Cathy Vest. Jazmine has one older brother, George.

In her free time, Vest likes to read and hang out with friends. Some of her favorites are: color – turquoise, book author – John Green, movie – "Gone Girl," food – spaghetti, animal – penguins, song – "Glorious" by Macklemore, class – art, and quote – "It does not do any good to dwell on dreams and forget to live."

Vest is active in basketball, vocal, robotics and STUCO. She has been active in Girl Scouts for the last 12 years and has received the Silver Award.

Vest's senior goal is to graduate. Her advice to the underclassmen is to never give up even when things get rough. After she graduates high school, she plans to attend Wichita State University then transfer to the University of North Texas. She hopes to receive a degree in business with a minor in photography and journalism.
