Inappropriate pictures via cell phones seem to be an epidemic in the U.S. The subject appears in the news almost daily. The issue occurred last week at South Barber High School in Kiowa, Kansas, and spread like wildfire throughout the community and area.

When asked to comment on the issue Monday, South Barber Superintendent Dr. Andi Williams shared content of a letter the school sent to parents when the situation/concern was discovered there.
