Poor Second Quarter Too Much to Overcome for Lady Rangers

DURANT, Okla. – Just two second quarter points proved to be too much to overcome down the stretch as the Lady Rangers dropped an 88-50 decision to Central Oklahoma in the final game of the GAC/MIAA Challenge in Durant, Okla.

That tough second quarter proved to be the deciding factor as Central Oklahoma capitalized on the tough offensive drought for the Lady Rangers and took a 44-13 lead going into the halftime break. The Bronchos continued to keep the Rangers at a comfortable distance and closed out the second half, handing Northwestern their second loss of the weekend.
